The Data Intelligence & Engagement Manager will be an integral part of our Business Analytics and FP&A team, acting as the nexus between data-driven insights and actionable strategies. This role is designed for a data maestro who can not only dissect and interpret complex data sets but can also guide and influence various teams, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional, possessing a unique blend of analytical acumen, strategic foresight, and leadership capabilities.
Strategic Data Leadership:
Serve as the primary liaison between the Business Analytics and FP&A team and sales and marketing units, translating data insights into actionable strategies.
Champion the design and implementation of reporting and process automations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Oversee advanced software implementation or integration tasks.
Guide and oversee the customization or backend management of tools like Power BI, HubSpot, PRM, and Looker Studio.
2. Data Management & Advanced Analysis:
Participate and guide in the management and customization of Dynamics 365, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Harness the capabilities of Power BI, CRM, Looker Studio etc. for intricate data analysis, trend spotting, and predictive insights, driving data-driven decision-making across the board.
3. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:
Introduce industry-leading best practices and cutting-edge methodologies to enhance our data utilization, driving actionable insights and fostering informed decision-making across the organization.
Oversee CRM and reporting projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are executed seamlessly.
4. Team Collaboration & Training:
Mentor and guide teams on best practices in data management & analytics, ensuring optimal utilization of tools and resources.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring teams are always at the forefront of data-driven methodologies.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate closely with various departments, especially Sales and Marketing, ensuring that data-driven strategies are consistently integrated and aligned with overarching business objectives.
Regularly generate and present in-depth reports on sales and marketing performance, utilizing tools such as PowerBI, Dynamics 365 and Looker Studio, to both the FP&A team and the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring all units are informed and empowered with relevant data insights.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales and Marketing in the FP&A team, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring that their data and reporting needs are promptly addressed.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven work experience in managing data strategy implementation, 3-5 years of relevant level of experience, ideally in SaaS/tech fast growing business
- Mastery in CRM data, with a proven track record in conducting detailed data analysis using the platform.
- Basic knowledge of PRM software setup and management.
- Expertise in PowerBi/Looker Studio or similar business intelligence tools, with an ability for creating custom reports and dashboards.
- While certifications/considerable experience in tools like CRM, PowerBI, and Looker Studio are desired, a genuine willingness to learn and harness their power is equally valued. What's paramount is the ability to guide the organization towards the right approach of harnessing the power of data across teams, establishing robust processes, and delivering actionable insights.
- Stellar communication skills, with a proven ability to engage, influence, and guide senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into strategic insights and actionable plans.
