Role:

As Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling our software platforms. You will be a key player in implementing new technologies and architectures to help handle the growing data volume and customer requirements.

You will closely work with our lead engineer and engage in the development of product features by leveraging Node.js and Angular technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling the expansion and optimization of our databases, encompassing Elasticsearch and MongoDB, to accommodate our growing needs.

You will also undertake the design and implementation of streamlined queuing architectures, employing Redis and RabbitMQ, with the aim of ensuring efficient processing of tasks and messages.

Skills we’re looking for:

• More than 3 years of experience in Node and Angular / React
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds
• Good understanding of Agile practices and working with Jira
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch and Queueing systems such as Redis and RabbitMQ is a plus.
